Chaucer UK Campaign's Problem-Solving Focus

Snapshot: Chaucer has introduced a new advertising campaign emphasizing its business success and industry leadership in the (re)insurance sector. Developed in collaboration with Hogarth, the campaign features a distinctive maze pattern that symbolizes the company’s problem-solving capabilities while showcasing key attributes such as "innovation," "expertise," and "certainty." 

CEO Richard Milner highlighted the campaign's importance in addressing the challenges of a rapidly changing market, asserting Chaucer's commitment to providing innovative solutions. The campaign will be prominently displayed across London and online, culminating in an experiential event outside the Lloyd’s Building.

Preliminary results from the campaign included:

  • Over 500 participants generated more than 2000 hours of game time
  • 71% of participants provided feedback
  • Capturing the attention of both existing and potential clients, with just 56% of participants not having a working relationship with Chaucer
  • Significantly increased brand awareness, with 25% of participants previously unfamiliar with the brand.
