Pints and Portfolios: Robinhood UK Launches Pub Quiz Plan

Published on November 21, 2025

Robinhood UK is taking an unconventional route into financial education with a nationwide series of pub quiz nights designed to make learning about money feel as simple as answering a trivia question. Partnering with quiz providers Question One and Quiz Live, the company is inserting financial themes into more than 100 weekly quizzes, blending pop culture, history and basic investing concepts to meet consumers in a relaxed, familiar setting.

The strategy reflects Robinhood’s broader push to democratise finance by embedding lightweight education into cultural rituals rather than formal instruction. Jordan Sinclair, President of Robinhood UK, says the goal is to build financial confidence by removing intimidation and making knowledge-sharing part of a social experience.

Organisers expect thousands of quiz-goers to participate, with Robinhood analysing anonymous results afterward to identify where financial literacy gaps are widest. The initiative stretches from London to Liverpool and Wolverhampton to Hull, covering a cross-section of pubs and communities across England. It marks one of Robinhood’s most culturally integrated UK efforts to date.
