Chase UK Banks on Footballer Fandom with ITV Sponsorship
Snapshot: Chase, the consumer banking arm of JPMorgan Chase, has signed on as the exclusive sponsor of ITV’s coverage of England senior men’s football matches from March 2025 through June 2026. The sponsorship spans all World Cup Qualifiers leading up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, providing Chase with prime exposure across television, digital, and streaming platforms.
The campaign includes tailored ad formats: 10–15-second intros during half-time, five-second closing idents, and 10-second bumpers on ITVX. Chase already serves as the official banking partner of the Home Nations Football Associations, encompassing England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This latest activation builds on that role and positions the brand at the heart of a unifying national passion point.
UK CMO Deborah Keay emphasized the opportunity to connect with “passionate fans” on one of the country’s most dynamic sporting stages. Mark Trinder, ITV’s commercial director, welcomed the partnership as a timely alignment in a pivotal year for football. With training kit visibility already secured across all national teams, Chase is strengthening its brand presence ahead of the 2026 tournament.
