Today, many financial communications leaders are tasked with the massive challenge of communicating their company’s pandemic-related protocols, news, and changes to their teams and external stakeholders.

In this session, Rebecca Katz, Principal and Senior Communications Advisor, Vanguard China, discussed her experiences managing COVID-related communications and shared how the principles of crisis communications helped to guide her team’s approach to the situation. Rebecca and Financial Narrative members discussed what they would change about their team’s response as well as future plans as vaccines become available and companies consider reopening offices.
