Led by David Blackburn Head of Digital Marketing at ProShares and Kelly Vives, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Allspring Global Investments, this interactive discussion outlined key features and the evolution of the MarTech stack.

Dave and Kelly provided insights into the importance of moving towards full integration of tools, with a focus on business texting and tailored audience engagement. They emphasized the need for patience and strategic planning when onboarding new tools. Addressing challenges with larger organizations, including legacy systems and strained relationships, they suggested adopting a strategic mindset and managing expectations. The importance of change management and upskilling in the marketing team was also highlighted, along with the significance of project management to ensure a coordinated approach.
