Abby Salameh Joins RFG Advisory as CGO

Financial Narrative member Abby Salameh was named Chief Growth Officer Alabama-based hybrid RIA platform RFG Advisory

Salameh, whom WealthManagement.com crowned “Chief Marketing Officer of the Year” in 2023 in the Technology Providers category, brings decades of growth experience helping financial advisory, alternative investment, fintech and other organizations in the financial services ecosystem.

Salameh’s hiring comes as RFG, which has about $4.8 billion in client AUM, focuses on organic growth by working on building RFG 3.0, a plan to establish it as a platform of the future for the advisor of the future, as per RFG president Shannon Spotswood.

The momentum is coming as RFG Advisory was recognized as a “2024 Best Place to Work for Financial Advisors” by InvestmentNews.

Most recently, Salameh was at CAIS in New York, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer, Managing Director of CAIS IQ and Head of Strategic Partnerships. 

Prior to that, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Hightower Advisors, where through strategic direction and tactical execution, she helped the wealth management firm with its brand, prospects and clients.

She was CMO at the hybrid RIA Private Advisor Group in Morristown, N.J., and NFP Fusion Advisor Network in New York, where she led the marketing, branding and acquisition for Fusion Advisor Network.

She also worked as Head of Institutional Marketing at TD Ameritrade and as VP at InvestmentNews.

Salameh has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in finance and economics from Hofstra University, according to her LinkedIn.
