The financial institution collaborated with Supernatural AI, a platform blending AI and agency functions, to create digital avatars of its customers. By leveraging AI for strategic brief processes and inputting reactions to creative work, U.S. Bank shortened its campaign development timeline from the typical nine months to less than four months, leading to faster rollout and more relevant marketing strategies.
