David King assumes VP Marketing role at HarbourVest Partners

David King has joined HarbourVest Partners as VP, Product Marketing – Global Private Wealth.
King wrote on LinkedIn: “We have an incredible opportunity to educate people about the many benefits of investing in private markets. I’m excited to tackle this challenge and bring to life HarbourVest’s truly differentiated approach. I’ve had an energizing first couple of weeks meeting colleagues and seeing firsthand the positive drive around the firm to succeed. It’s going to be a fun journey.”
Recently, King was Head of Marketing Content at GMO. Before that, he worked at Mercer.
King has a B.A. in Economics and English from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
