Jalaj Jha now Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at USAA
USAA has hired Jalaj Jha as Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, USAA Bank. Recently, he taught Marketing Analytics at The University of Texas at Dallas.
Jha wrote on LinkedIn: “In this role, I shall lead the development and execution of marketing and digital strategies that provide value to our members across all of USAA Bank. I’m excited to be part of an organization dedicated to supporting the military community and helping ensure they receive the best experience and care. It’s a responsibility I hold with great respect.”
Before this, Jha worked in senior roles at Wells Fargo, Caliber Home Loans, Capital One and Tata Consultancy Services.
Jha has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and an MBA in Marketing and Information Management from the University of Texas at Austin – Red McCombs School of Business.
