Bayview Asset Management has promoted Molly Phillips to VP of Customer Marketing from her recent post of Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.

Previously, Phillips held Marketing posts at Insightin | Health, Protiviti, Flatiron School and Treliant.

Phillips has a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.
