Neuberger Brand Refresh Based on What Clients Already Call the Firm
Neuberger Berman is officially shortening its name to Neuberger, formalizing what many clients were already doing on their own. The rebrand comes with a redesigned logo, dropping the blue-and-white lockup for bold black type, a new website with separate entry points for individual and institutional investors, and a trademarked tagline: "Aligned for excellence."

The website overhaul prioritizes mobile usability and social media integration, includes AUM breakdowns by asset class on the homepage, and adds content subscription options for ongoing updates.

The move tracks a clear pattern in asset management: BNY Mellon became BNY in 2024, and Marsh McLennan rebranded to Marsh earlier this year. For financial marketers, Neuberger's approach is a useful case study in letting client behavior lead a rebrand rather than engineering one from scratch.
