Gena Kaufman now Director of Social Media at American Express

American Express has appointed Gena Kaufman Director of Social Media. She joins from JPMorgan Chase & Co. where she served as VP of Social Strategy, Chase Sapphire.

Kaufman held Directorial posts at Conde Nast, J.Crew, Vogue and ELLE Magazine. Previously, she worked at Glamour and the American International Group.

Kaufman has a B.A. in Mass Communication and Social Issues from The Ohio State University and a J.D. in Law from the New York Law School.
