Credit One Bank Scares Up Credit Education
Just in time for Halloween, Credit One Bank has brought back its Credit Wreckers characters for "Credit Scaries." The film borrows from classic horror movies. A group of credit cards with human traits hides out in a cabin in the woods, where monsters representing harmful credit habits hunt them down.
Each villain stands for a specific mistake. Cancelina goes after a card with scissors, a stand-in for closing credit card accounts. Max Out pushes a card past its limit at a payment terminal. One Track Jack abducts a card to show the risk of relying on a single type of credit. Miss Payment represents skipped monthly payments..
"Credit Scaries" launched in the United States in October and runs across film and integrated media.
