Heather Caufield becomes CCO at Chase

Chase has appointed Heather Caufield to the post of Chief Communications Officer.
“Over the last 3+ years, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to shape our external strategies, and I’m excited to broaden my focus to include internal and executive communications,” Caulfield wrote on LinkedIn:
Recently, Caufield served as Executive Director, Head of External Communications at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Before that, she worked at G&S Business Communications. She has also held roles at CooperKatz & Company and The Rosen Group.
Caufield has a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University.
