Last week in London, we hosted a breakfast panel titled "Breakfast and Belonging - A Celebration for International Women's Day," in collaboration with our partners Vested UK.

The panel included Kirsty Howl (Marketing Director at NatWest),  Melanie Hesketh (Senior Director Global Communications at FIS) and Kate Woodyatt Hudson (Agency Founder and MD at WH Communications Ltd) and moderator by Elspeth Rothwell, EMEA CEO of Vested UK.

Panelists shared their unique career journey and shared threads of their success were: proactively ensuring visibility, acknowledging the power of support systems, and understanding the long-term value of networking.
