Northwestern Mutual has appointed Joe A Solis Director of Growth and Engagement. Recently, he held the post of Director of Marketing and Diversity and Inclusion Lead.

Previously, Solis worked at 24 Hour Fitness, YMCA of Silicon Valley and Austin PMI Chapter.

Solis has a BBA in Human Resources from Purdue Global.
