Needham Bank has appointed Kathleen M. Barrett Senior VP, Marketing. Recently, she served as Senior VP, Director of Marketing at BankProv.

Before this, Barrett held senior Marketing posts at the LendingClub, Radius Bank, Scargo Hill Capital, Brighton House Associates and Acadian Asset Management.

She has also worked at the American Consumer Credit Counseling, Market Resolve and The Kessler Group.

Barrett has a B.S. in Business from Saint Anselm College.
