Miriam Mwangi Mburu becomes CMCO, North America at AIG

Miriam Mwangi Mburu has joined AIG as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, North America. Recently, she held the post of Global Senior Director, Marketing – Health Care at Boston Consulting Group.
Mburu’s career spans Marketing roles at Aon, Calamos Investments, BMO, KPMG and Fidelity Investments. She also worked at Altria.
Mburu has a B.Com. in Finance and Marketing from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and an MBA in Marketing and Management Information Systems from UMass Boston. She also has an M.S. in Communication from Northwestern University.
