Capital One has promoted Lindsey Scarborough to Marketing Manager, Upmarket Card from her recent post of Principal Marketing Strategist, Upmarket Card – Rewards and Experiences.

Prior to joining Captial One, Scarborough worked at TracyLocke and interned at Publicis Advertising and RD&F Advertising.

Scarborough has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Texas Tech University, Rawls College of Business.
