Chubb has appointed Jessica Lagusch VP, Block Growth and Retention. She joins from Unum where she served as Director, Market Development.

Previously, Lagusch held roles at CME Outfitters, IBSi, American Medical Security, Starnex, Inc., Ohio State Bar Association Insurance Agency and Stone Brokerage Corporation.

Lagusch has a B.S. in Human Ecology and Consumer Affairs from the Ohio State University.
