Rohit Saroop named Head of Talent Acquisition Marketing at Capital One

Following Capital One’s recent acquisition of Discover, Rohit Saroop has been tapped to serve as Head of Marketing, Talent Acquisition. 

Saroop has served Capital One in multiple roles. Previously, he worked at Citi and Capgemini.

Saroop has a B.S. in systems engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA in entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
