Making the grade: 83% of respondents are happy with their bank.

Banking on branches: Globally, 86% of respondents have used a physical branch in the last year, and 45% report doing so at least monthly.

Comms considerations: 68% say they would like their bank to provide better financial education, with 66% wanting their bank to advise them on managing their money better.
The report also highlights the need for more effective customer communications around the use of AI and data security.
